They don't need to hire anyone to do anything. All they need to do is to license google's search engine.  

Sometimes the simplest thing is the hardest to see!

Agreed. I have always been negatively amazed at how poor the searching on metalink was. I have been asking for a utility to text search owned TAR/SRs for years, and they still have nothing. They would do well to make an investment and hire some folks to revamp their flagship Support web site.

Why in the hell do I have to go looking for it? In my case, it was *#18* in the list.
