RE: Rollback waiting on 'cache buffer chains' latch - SOLVED

Yes, we checked v$latchholder and there was nothing there, which makes sense because the hung session was not really waiting on the latch as I had originally thought due to my misinterpretation of v$session_wait (thanks to Andrey and Mark for pointing that out).
