Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Re: Day light saving time change-ReOpening on Java bug for 9.2 version
I am testing ORACLE 9.2 version Java bug which relate
to 2007 day light saving issue. I have questions and
need help.
Based on ORACLE document, If java packages installed on database then patch 5047902 (for 9.2) need apply. I look README file on patch 5047902, it mention:
Bugs Fixed by this patch:
# -------------------------
# 5047902 - JVM TIMEZONE COMMONWEALTH GAME FORCING
MOVE OF TIMEZONE CHAGE
#
Does it mean I need delete file libjox9java_util.so?
The reason I ask is patch 5047902 does NOT include new file for libjox9java_util.so. It ONLY include new file for classes.bin.
Thanks for help.
