Per HJR's doc, I had set it to something like 800 and it got resized
to 128. I then did the individual 10046 traces which seemed to
confirm that. But alas that didn't turn out to work so well.
Paul, my SA says "64K from what I can guess on my own, block size is 1K on the FS (for now)"
