Renaming schema

Guys/Gals,
 


    I'm going to ask just to be sure I'm not totally dead.  But does
anyone know of a way to rename a schema without going thru the
export/import or data pump process.  I've a duhveloper who claims I
should be able to use the 'rename' command.
