Sorry the RMAN book was so late getting out. It's out now (I got my copies
last week). As of today, Amazon shows to be shipping the book.
Also, we are talking about putting up an web page where we can include additional errata for the book (some R2 stuff like restore points didn't get in the completed text). Nothing is certain yet, but I'll let you know once we know!
Thanks to everyone who has supported the 9i version of the RMAN book. You have no idea how good it makes me feel to hear from people that we made your RMAN life a bit easier to deal with.
