Resolved - Random long times to connect using BEQ adapter

This was weird, the connect times were long for non-privileged (i.e. except sys/system) but for sys and system it was instant.

Eventually we found the problem, it was a bad gigabit interconnect was really bad. Once it was changed, things went from horrible to good, life became simple again.
