Wojcieck,

I have a suggestion that will get you around this problem and maybe save your career later.
DON'T HAVE TWO FILES WITH THE SAME FILE NAME. Rename one of them, which is simple.
Someday someone (maybe a system administrator, maybe a junior DBA, maybe you) will be moving files around and one file will get clobbered. Then management will clobber somebody. Most shops forbid this practice, for good reason.
