Oracle 10 on Solaris 10 ORA-07445 errors

I am regularly getting the following errors on Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 on Solaris 10.
Application works fine on Oracle 10 on Linux.

Seems to run for a while and then crashes.

Any ideas?
