Union all very slow.

All,  

I am having some problems with a union all view.  

During my debugging, I commented out either the top or bottom part of the union all

, and my queries run in a second or two.  

When I keep both parts of the union all, the query takes 10 minutes.  

Any thoughts on a hint?
