We have got Oracle 10.1.0.4 RAC database AIX 5L 64bit and GPFS 2.3. We
upgraded our database from 9i to 10g in May 2006. We hit several bugs since
then.
Oracle recently advise us to apply CRS fix bundle 4731033 or
10.1.0.5patchset, and look for network errors.
I will send init.ora later, because I am not in the office right now. I do
not know if it is related with this issue, but we got ORA-600 errors
seldomly.
