App Server META DATA REPOSITORY problem into 10g RAC Database

I am trying to Install META DATA REPOSITORY into 10G RAC Database on
Solaris  10: The workflow step works okay, the the OID stel has a TNS error
and wont connect and eventall falls over on the PORTAL step.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.
