I was able to see the file, but since this was a test system I was able
to use resetlogs and open the database.
I still need to investigate the root cause of the issue.

Steps followed were: Shutdown immediate Startup mount Alter database NOARCHIVELOG; Altere database open SQL> alter database open; alter database open * ERROR at line 1: ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1 ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/space/app/oracle/oradata/test/redo01.log' How to fix this issue?
