Hi,    

  I believe you are hitting bug 4474676
  ORA-39125, ORA-6502, AND LPX-225 OCCUR AT IMPDP    which is a dup of 4092146    

  Since the error is coming during the importing of stats you might want to exclude   them and see if it still occurs...
  Else log a Tar and ask for a backport.    

  Use exclude=statistics in the impdp command
