David,

Yes, i'm on track little bit.
In one of our process, we do some post cloning operations like importing specific schemas which are not present, or delete some stuff which is not needed and so on..
This entire process can be concluded to be a Refresh. (may be cloning with some customizing stuff).
Shall we assume that, "Cloning is a generic term" & "Refresh is specific to the given case".
Might be, for some cases Refresh & Cloning will endup with out much difference.
