8.0.6 to 10.2.0

got a newer solaris box with 10.2.0 on it. want to move a ~2 gig 8.0.6 to it via export/import.

the 806 db has 9 tblspaces, 11 schemas and ~700 users. if i create a 10.2.0 db and create tblspaces, do schema level exports/imports seem to be the way to go? any nice tricks to get this job done cleanly or does another method sound easier?
