10g does have the dbms_ldap package, but I'm not on Active Directory yet.
I have seen discussion threads over on the OTN forums from people that
have successfully 'integrated' with AD through the dbms_ldap package (and
for Apex, htmldb_ldap variation).
A few more months before I head down that road.

Password routine
Audit has said: ?Modify Oracle?s password complexity verification routine script (utlpwdmg.sql), and allow password changes only if the current password has been active for more than 2 days.?
I looked and the routine has no sample code to do this. I passed this to our DBAs and no one has done this before.
Has someone already have the code and knows it works that we could ?borrow? so we don?t have to reinvent the wheel?
Everything was always based on the application up to this point. Now they want to throw this into everything.
I think I heard 10G works with active directory, maybe even RACF, and if that was in place, this would be a non issue.
Thanks.
