RAC database software installation error.

Hello All,

AIX : 5.3 (ML4), Oracle 10.2.0.1.

After Installing the Oracle Clusterware w/o any issues, i tried to install the database software. But I am getting the error at linking phase. below is the error.... anybody have got similar error?.
