Hmmm... As the term is "Server side procedures" and not "Database Stored Procedures", I would rule out B,C & D - but I might have a twisted perception of these questions.... ;)


What is a "server side procedure" ?

DBAs know "stored procedures" -- the source code is visible in USER/ALL/DBA_SOURCE
to those who have EXECUTE permision on the procedure.
