Thanks Hemant, I'm not doing this on sys, this is a statement failing in the upgrade script from 9204 to 10g. Just in the beggining.

I have not idea what it was.Because it worked perfectly several times I run. But I found a workaround.

I was removing correctly java and intermeida components before migration, without problems in other migrations.

Now I don't remove java components(because the database has some java components), only intermedia(database don't use intermedia), and it is running now without problems.
