Since Google owns blogspot, you should contact them directly (trying to find any contact information on www.blogger.com is near impossible). Google has published their copyright policy at http://www.google.com/dmca.html. In looking at some of the entries, it becomes very clear that there some of the entries are written by the blogger (very poorly written using IM speak) and there are some that are lifted from other sources (proper grammar, punctuation, spelling).
