That is the entry from the trace file. It appears over and over.

"SMON trapped and ignored.."

this appears in the alert log:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 1874)
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/dba02/oradata/orcl/system01.dbf'


In the trace file it has the SMON statement with the ORA- error.
