Michael,
Just wonder if the list is working at the moment (are you receiving messages). I have tried to subscribe to that list couple of times before I got the same result all the time (see below). I wonder if you know the moderator (owner) of that list? Can you contact him or let me know his contact details? I have got contacted by others Apps DBAs on the same issue.
PS I would like to take part in the list, but I can't so far :(
