Thanks everyone for your replies on- and off-list. I did send Feedback
and the analyst that replied stated the files on their end were indeed
OK. From other information gathered, the culprit may be WinZIP used by
Support that doesn't know how to handle gzip'd tarballs.
Now I know, and knowing is half the battle. GI Joe!

Hey all,
Sort of OT, but has anyone else had issues uploading tar.gz archives (e.g. RDA output) via MetaLink's SR File Upload? Every time I do, the tech claims it's corrupted. I've supplied some MetaLink feedback, but thought I'd ask here. What really burns me is when I don't hear about it for a week and they ask me to upload it again. What if I don't have it a week later????
It can't just be me, can it?
