10gr2 grid control on windows missing performance metrics

I am running 10gr2. 
 


The OMS is on Linux.  Agent is running on W2K.
 


If I pick the W2k host and then select performance, the cpu, memory,
etc. graphs all show no data. 
 


Suggestions?
