Use libodm.so and you don't have to constantly wonder whether async I/O support is going to dop in and out of the picture between Linux OS releases. This is partly why Oracle came up with odm.h

	10gR2 for linux has the executable already linked for async I/O.
	It is not possibile to relink against different libaio anymore.
