So by default EMC will sell you a product with no way to monitor it? Well, I guess that makes sense. We got EMC because we know how smoothly it works. Cache never fills, i/o distributes automatically. So if there is a problem, it's got to be a database issue.

You will need NaviAnalyzer which may be installed in your Navisphere on the SAN. You can also purchase this. It is only included in the Enterprise version of Navisphere. Otherwise you must upgrade to Enterprise or buy the NaviAnalyzer stand-alone. The price is not cheap.
