I understand that the Diagnostic Pack is a separately licensed product. It should be available on OTN.

I dearly miss the old lock manager from OEM early days.

I'm currently using OEM 10.2 (NOTE - NOT GRID CONTROL, JUST THE JAVA console) that is bundled on the 10.2 client CD

It says that that I can monitor locks if I have the diagnostics pack installed.

where can I get the diagnostics pack to plug into this console? I can't seem to find it on any of the CD's
