is your listener.log in a non standard location i.e not in $ORACLE_HOME/network/log   what is you TNS_ADMIN set to
  i've seen something if listener.log is on a non standard location it starts writing to $ORACLE_HOME/network/log

Yes. It does have enough space. Alert.log doesn't report anything.
