SQL Server to Oracle

Hi,

We are about to move a small application from Windows / SQL Server to AIX / Oracle 9.2.0.6. Any thoughts on how to move the data over in as painless a manner as possbile? Of course, there is no budget for tools. I have only the software that comes with these products.

Any thoughts / help would be most appreciated.
