Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> strange characteres
Hi,
A third party made for us an application in three tier architecture.
In the middle tier it has the application code, Oracle Data Provider
for .NET release 9.2.0.4.
The middle tier software runs in a platform Windows Server 2003.
The database is Oracle 8.1.7.0.1 and it runs on some Intel / Linux.
The interfaces run on WWW.
The problem is that sometimes instead of the usual normal characteres the interface shows us kanji or mandarin characters.
Does anyone who have faced this problem wants, please, to share the solution ?
Thanks in advance
Dias Costa
