RE: Upgrade. 9.2.0.5 to 10.1.0.4

For other inquiring minds, the inplace upgrade script for 9 to 10.1.0.3 is utlu101i.sql .  

Have to get through 10 lbs of friggen docs to find it

install 10.1.0.3 in a new home, patch it to 10.1.0.4  

then run the upgrade script which is listed in the migration guide
