The tools you need are in: http://www.net2000ltd.com/

Databee will extract referentially integrated sets of data and load them to another database.
The DDL Extract Wizard (I think it is included in the Databee) Will let you copy the definition for selected objects.

I played a little with those tools and they works OK.
