looks like its based off of jdeveloper code. Same look and feel. The connection thing is \ 
somewhat annoying. I like the way toad will go out and find your oracle homes and you can \ 
tell it to use one of your tnsnames files so you don't have to set up your connections. \ 
This can be really annoying when you have alot of databases.
