10gR2 Cloning and database control

So i just stepped throught the wonderful wizard in database control to
clone a 10gR2 database.  Everything went very smoothly.  The only
problem is that I believe I need another instance of database control
to manage the new database.  I am unsure where to look to find out how
to do this.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
