I am trying to get 10gR2 GC working on Linux 64 bits. Today, I figured out that you cannot run GCR2 against repository in Oracle DB R2 - only R1 10.1.0.4+ or 9.2.0.6+ are working.
That's really disappointing. I still have no idea if it will work at all on 64 bit Linux. At least installation with new DB is not working as 10.1.0.4 DB included is 32 bit.

Another issue (have TAR opened for half a year) is cpu consumption of an agent - nmupm process (which AFAIK is basically simple wrapper to run something as root) consuming lot of CPU. Of course, Oracle would be hapy to charge more licenses I am quite pissed off by that. (We are on HP-UX).
