I made this enhancement request way back in 6.0.36 ("add a timestamp to
uet$..."). It's not there, at least as of 10.2.0.1.0:

Subject: Extent allocation time
Hi All!
Any way I can get time when an extent was allocated for the table? One of your tbs runs out of space and I need to do some research.
Thanks.
George.
