Try "delete obsolete force" or "delete obsolete noprompt" - I forget
which one is correct.

Subject: rman question
Is there any way to force rman to delete files within a rman script?
My shell script does a
rman <<EOF
connect target
report obsolete;
EOF
But, as you know to do a delete obsolete a "YES" needs to be passed to
rman.
Has anybody ever done this within a rman script?
thanks.
