No, I haven't seen it -- but I haven't been looking from the same place as you. %-)

One problem, which may or may not relate to the symptom you describe, is that you are over-using the FRA parameters (quote from the documentation):

"Flash recovery area destinations specified with the STANDBY_ARCHIVE_DEST parameter on logical standby databases (SQL Apply) are ignored."

Beyond that, is your error reproducible (in other words, what if anything special was in log seq 176)?

Are you using a shared flash recovery area? (funny, I can't find any useful documenation on that as it pertains to logical standby). Does your configuration need to be so complicated?
