The challenge here is playing with all the various auditing possibilities
and then choosing what works best for you...you might want to consider:
- triggers
- workspace manager
- CDC
- FGA
- a custom redo log mining facility
- streams
- flashback versions to pick up changes at regular intervals
- materialised view logs
plenty of things to look at there...
