Oracle RAC Tuning scripts

Dear RAC experts,

I've a Oracle 9i (9.2.0.6 <http://9.2.0.6>) RAC and 10G (10.1.0.3<http://10.1.0.3>)
RAC connected to a SAN environment with OCFS. I would like to know specific if there any specific RAC tuning parameters/scripts to make sure my RAC environment is running fine without bottlenecks. Any pointers on what to look for apart from the outputs from 10G EM would be helpful. Thanks.
