Reduce the size of undo and Index tbs?

Hi,


 My index tablespace and undo tablespace are of almost 5 gbs and DB is only 
of 35 GB.


 How can I reduce the size of this TBs with 3 -4 datafiles of 1- 2 GB.
 Anyone can gimme some idea?
