The = manager of a testing center accepts the money and has someone else take = the test (who has already passed). I am pretty sure the person is still = in business even though I forwarded the information ot MS, Oracle, = Cisco, and SUN. My "opinion", for what it's worth, is probably = unprintable.  As more
