looking for database name

Hi All,
When i try to lauch the apps (11510), I am getting the below error: APP-FND-01516
Invalid applicaiton username , password or database. usernmae: APPLSYSPUB
Database: appstest

Before to this, I updated the profiles (after cloning) from the backend.  

Where exactly this would look for establish the forms session. Can someone help me ?
