Yes, it is. There are several vendors to it. From the top of my head, at least SRA and dbExperts, but I am sure there are others. Fujitsu is funding it, BTW.

Borland dit that in a quite elegant way: a switch specifying proprietary or compliant behaviour settable by each application as it gets ported to ISO SQL.
