OUI fails on 9041 patchset installation: 10gAS

Present version: 9040 10gAS , Solaris 9.

Problem: The following error is occured in the OUI (When applying 9041 patchset).
"A runtime exception occurred during the execution of this action."

Logfile content:

Exception thrown from action: copyGroupFromJar Exception Name: UNCAUGHT_RUNTIME
Exception String: A runtime exception occurred during the execution of this action.
Exception Severity: -1

I have tried re-downloading the patch again, but it did not work.
