Ok, Are wanting to just create a new empty db or clone the original?

Then I assume your trying to create a new database, not a clone of an existing one. In this case no you can't simply copy the files from one db to another you have to recreate them. BTW, what operating system? I'm assuming windoze.

created it will save those system,indx,tablespace,temp file into oradata folder. I am wondering is that possible to just create a similar database by just copy all this system,indx,tablespace file into the new database oradata folder?
