I had been using Tom Kyte java package for 9.2, but since we upgraded
to 10.1.0.4, that does not work. Had asked the question on his site
whether it will work in 10g or not, wherein he referred to using
utl_mail for 10g. So does it mean there's no way to send an email with
large attachments?
