Oracle DBA with AIX exp. Needed in Houston

Newly created position in Houston Texas (Galleria area) for an Oracle DBA with AIX experience (must have).

Base salary is in the 80K range and relocation assistance is provided...though locals
strongly preferred.

This is a full time staff position so no sub-contractors or third parties please.

*Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for supporting Oracle databases, as well as performing
infrastructure-related tasks in the Oracle Applications database. Other responsibilities will include: installing and upgrading Oracle databases and applications,
building Oracle databases, managing database backups, performance tuning, and administering procedures that will ensure the security and integrity of all databases.

*Requirements:
-College Degree is required.
-The qualified candidate will have at least five years of directly related
work experience
  with Oracle Database Administration in an AIX UNIX environment (must have AIX experience)
  (Oracle DB versions 9i and 10g are preferred).
-Previous experience with MS SQL server is a plus.
-Candidates will also have strong documentation skills with great attention
to detail;
  must also have excellent consultative and communication skills and must be able
  to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
-Must have the ability to manage projects, establish priorities, meet
deadlines
  and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

-U.S. citizens or permanent residency also required.
