Have you verified that you really need this?
The earlier note specifically doesn't apply to NT4 and I certainly have
never needed to run this tool on Oracle.exe versions. All I have done when
experimenting with this is to set the /3GB flag in boot.ini. Does this not
work correctly on your version?
